Document: Warrant Related To Letter
The warrant, released Thursday afternoon, states that a letter in possession of Leroy Barnes Jr., 19, indicated that the shooting was ordered by Alex Dorsey from inside the Wake County Jail. The letter detailed instructions for the shooting, and naming one of the victims. The warrant also indicated three of the suspects are members of a gang.
The shooting two weeks ago near the Wolf Village Apartments injured two people. Four people have since been arrested and charged in connection to the shooting.
