Raleigh Man Arrested In Shooting Death Of Teen

RALEIGH, N.C. -

Raleigh police have arrested a man and charged him with the shooting death of a teenager.

Police said that they responded to a shooting call just before 8 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Milburnie Drive and Booker Drive. When officers arrived they found 18-year-old James Tony Lee at the intersection and transported him to WakeMed, where he died.

The Raleigh Police Department arrested Edward Lee Harris, 31, with murder in connection with Lee's death. Harris was also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and remains in the Wake County Jail.
