A 16-year-old boy has now been arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after his dad was arrested and charged for the same crime.

Stafon Cordell Strickland-Frazier was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of second degree sex offense and one count of first degree sex exploitation of a minor. He is being held at the Wake County Jail on a $200,000 bond.

Stafon's father, 42-year-old Dwayne Frazier was arrested on Nov. 25 and has been charged with second degree rape and first degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

The father and son are accused of raping a girl and videotaping the incident. According to a search warrant, the victim was an ex-girlfriend of the son.

Search warrants state that the father, an Army Sgt. stationed at Fort Bragg, then showed the tape to the assistant principal at the victim's high school as well as to the mother of the son.

"Dwayne Frazier later said that he would provide a portion of the tape to exonerate his son," state the search warrant.

Dwayne Frazier remains at the Wake County Jail under a $400,000 secured bond.
